Bobby is an excellent loan officer to work with! He was able to offer us multiple rates and options for our mortgage including FHA, Conventional and Rural Development loans. He was very knowledgeable in helping us select the loan best suited for our needs to save us money both short and long term. I was so nervous to make such a large decision, but he put both my husband and I at ease. We have used him for both purchases and refinances and I highly recommend him if you need a loan! He has a vast network of contacts to help with appraisals, title / closing, attorneys, insurance and more in both Alabama and Georgia which was very convenient for us being out of state. His communication is excellent and he always kept us up to date on what was happening. I cannot say enough good things about Bobby and Home South Mortgage. Use them and you will be glad you did !
